I believe that cultural expression is a birthright, and that the arts have a critical role to play in the development of joyful, healthy communities.

My clients are arts and education nonprofits seeking practical, creative, and sustainable solutions to grow their impact and resources. I have first-hand experience in starting and scaling organizations. I enjoy coaching leaders who are striving to strengthen their teams and embody their values.

I received my Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, where I was a Stephen J. Ross Fellow for Arts in Education. I received my B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Brown University.

I live in New York City, homeland of the Lenape, with my family.
